Knowledge and Practice towards COVID-19 among Students of Al-Bayan University

Introduction: On 12 March 2020, world health organization (WHO) declared that COVID-19 was a globalpandemic when more than million humans were infected in 200 countries less four months.To limit its spread, WHO recommended preventive measures such as hand washing frequently, socialdistancing, and face mask wearing. Public knowledge practice towards the disease is important. Aimof study: We assess level of practices among students Al-BayanUniversity. Method: A cross- sectional study conducted to gather information regarding COVID-19related undergraduates. This survey between October 10till 15,2020. Results:351 participated from medical non- colleges bycompleting questionnaire online. The overall correct answer rate was85.71% 86.22% them practicing according guidelines instructionsof ministry health(MOH). There no significant differences betweenmedical non-medical. Conclusion: have moderate appropriate practicestowards COVID-19, this indicates success efficacy campaigns advertisementsannounced by local MOH.
